Let’s start…

My name is Jose Paz, I am a native of the beautiful island of Cuba, although I have lived in this wonderful country for more than 30 years, which many people around the world proudly call our home… The United States of America.

I grew up in a traditional Cuban family, where the aromas of the kitchen flood the whole house from early in the morning until nightfall.

So, for anyone in the family, my passion for cooking was a surprise, and although I was not lucky enough to receive a culinary education, I did have two great instructors in my parents.

I have devoted a great portion of my life to restaurants, food, and drinks, I have experienced the delight of owning some and of managing others, but, no matter where I am, the aroma of cooking guides me…

So after the introduction, let’s not waste any more time and start sharing with you these wonderful recipes that I have 90% tried them myself, so I hope you like them!
